• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or customized items.
• Gift cards.
• Perishable goods.

3. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kaphe.com within 3 days of receiving goods.
• Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant photos.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.

4. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• If a return shipping label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Restocking Fee:

• A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking returned items.
